The Challenge

Ryzeo needed a scalable platform capable of managing complex B2B email workflows, lead tracking, and automated outreach at scale. The system had to process large volumes of customer data while maintaining performance and reliability.

In addition, the product required flexible automation rules, structured sales sequences, and configurable workflows that could adapt to different client needs without increasing operational overhead.

As the client base expanded, maintaining performance and configurability without increasing operational complexity became a key technical priority.

We designed and built a scalable automation framework capable of tracking user behavior, dynamically segmenting audiences, and triggering structured email workflows in real time..
